Resolved Question: What would be a good college in Iowa if you wanted to go to Scotland?

I really want to go to Scotland and learn Gaelic in college. I don't know where would be a good place to go for that. I have looked at some of the private universities and I can't seem to find a good answer. I'm wanting to do international studies concentrating in western Europe and/or Asia.
