Voting Question: How can I get my son's mother to trust me and give us another chance?

My son is three. I moved over 1500 miles, from where all my family lived to where his mother moved, to raise him. I gave up a career position to move to Iowa where there are not many jobs. I love my son with all my heart. Since living in this state I have discovered that my real estate experience is not going to be enough to make a living to support him. I have found myself re-enrolled back in college at a major University in Northern Iowa. His mother loved me at one time but I wasn't in love with her at the time. Now she will not trust me and give me another chance. I want more than anything than to show my boy how a healthy relationship should be but his mother does not trust and will not give me another chance (Twice I have expressed my interest to become involved with her again). She kind of blows me off. We get along well now but she will not accept me as a friend on Facebook or any other social pages....She does not trust me. What do I do?????... Read More »
